Cost Segregation Case Study for an Automotive Dealership
As a new client of CSSI®, this dealership owner had recently performed a complete renovation of his second location. Having heard of Partial Asset Disposition he contacted CSSI® to have an analysis done on cost segregating his building including a study of disposition of assets including removal costs. CSSI® was able to provide an estimate including the PAD write down and stressed that the work needed to be quickly as the opportunity must be used in the current tax year.
